This document is issued by a company to certify the quality of the inventory.

On the first page, select the order for which you are issuing the certificate.

Attach forms to the certificate by pressing the Linked Forms button in the Order Details section.

You will be taken to a child screen to set up the parts of the certificate. In the Upload Documents section, you will see several buttons.
