Weight in motion is a generic serial scale which can be used to capture weights in several modes.

Standard settings:

  • ComPort - standard serial port values
  • Description - description of port
  • LeftTrim - number chars to trim off of left of port read
  • RightTrim - number chars to trim off of the right
  • Divisor - divide scale read by this (fraction to multiply)
  • Format - how to decode the reading
    • Simple - simple formatting - just get first number off of serial line
    • MettlerToledo - expect mettler toledo characters
