Screen Settings (Ctrl-L)

Default Height - textfield: Default height value, initially set to 50.0
Default UOM - textfield: Default UOM value, initially set to CS.
Associate Same Boxes - checkbox: Look for other item/packs that use the same box
Show Bulk CB - checkbox: Show the Bulk checkbox on the screen.
